Requirements:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-end or fine dining environment
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to comfortably turn tables within a 2-hour timeframe while maintaining acute attention to detail
• A genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality
• Valid NSW RSA certification (FOH candidates only) and legal work rights in Australia

Schedule: Full-time (36–40 hours/week) or Casual. Rotating roster including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
